Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to support ANVSA. By making a donation to ANVSA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Purpose of Donations
  • Donations made to ANVSA will be used to support the specified fundraising campaigns, such as education, healthcare, food drives, environmental sustainability projects, and empowerment initiatives.
  • Donations may also cover administrative costs, including executive salaries, office operations, growth initiatives, and digital upgrades.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

  • All donations made to ANVSA are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Tax Deductibility

  • Currently, donations to ANVSA are not eligible for tax deductions as ANVSA is a private limited company.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

  • ANVSA is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share, sell, or trade your personal information with third parties without your consent.
  • Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for processing donations, issuing receipts, and communicating with donors about ANVSA’s activities and updates.

5. Acknowledgment of Donations

  • Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their donation via email. This receipt serves as proof of the donation.
  • Donors may be publicly acknowledged on ANVSA’s website and promotional materials unless they choose to remain anonymous.

6. Use of Funds

  • ANVSA will make every effort to allocate donations to the specified fundraising campaign as indicated by the donor. However, if the specified campaign is fully funded or no longer viable, ANVSA reserves the right to redirect funds to other critical initiatives within the organization.

7. Communication

  • By donating, you consent to receive periodic communications from ANVSA, including updates on fundraising campaigns, success stories, and organizational news. You may opt-out of these communications at any time.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • ANVSA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ANVSA, its board members, staff, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from donations made to the organization.

10. Transparency and Accountability

  • ANVSA is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in the use of all donated funds. Regular updates and reports on the progress and impact of funded projects will be provided to donors.
